Public talks titled “Youth and Health” were conducted at the hall of Border Areas National Races Youth Development Training School in the Town of Pinlebu, Katha District, Sagaing Region yesterday.

First of all, Chairman of the township management committee U Khaing Lin Naing delivered the opening speech. Afterwards, staff officer of the Township IPRD Daw Aye Win Khaing clarified the purpose of the talks. 

Afterwards, Dr Kyaw Naing of the Township Health Department, police sub-Inspector Moe Kye from the Township Police Station, Chairman of the Township Writers Association Maung Luan Maung(Pinlebu), Headmaster of Border Areas National Races Youth Development Training School U Naing Lin Hung, Daw Myint Myint Khaing from Department of Traditional Medicine  delivered a talk on Youth and Health and answered queries raised by those present on the occasion.

Officials from the township Health Department provided medical treatment to students from the Township’s Traditional Medicine Department.

Also present on the occasion were U Khaing Lin Naing, Daw Aye Win Khaing, Dr Kyaw Naing of the Township Health Department, Daw Myint Myint Khaing of Department of Traditional Medicine, police sub-Inspector Moe Kye, Chairman of the Township Writers Association Maung Luan Maung(Pinlebu), Headmaster of BANRYDTS U Naing Lin Hung, teachers, students and locals.—Myo Lwin, Township IPRD
