Myanmar rowing and canoeing selection team is to compete in 2019 South East Asian Rowing and Canoeing Championship to be held in Thailand’s coastal town of Pattaya from June 20 to 23. 
    

Myanmar team, comprised of 15 selection athletes, team manager U Khin Maung Myint, chief coach U Kyaw Win, two coaches from England and Hungary, left Yangon international airport for Thailand yesterday evening, seen off by chairman U Thaung Htike Min and executives of the federation. 
    

Myanmar team is scheduled to compete in men’s events of LM 1X , LM 2X, M 2 and women’s events of LW 1X , LW 2X , W 2. National teams from Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines will compete at the championship.—MNA
