A dirt road connecting San Hla village to Tachilek-Mongsat road has been under construction to provide smooth transport for the villagers in Tachilek township, Shan state (east).

The road is being constructed with the use of K 25.343 million allotted in 2018-2019 fiscal year in order to help farmers easily transport crops and agricultural products to the market and to expedite commodity flow. The construction work of the road which started on June 24 is now 90 percent completed.

The road will have a measurement of one mile and four furlongs when completed.—District IPRD
