War veterans aged above 75 years old in Thanlyan Township, Yangon Region have been furnished with cash assistance by the Myanmar War Veterans Organization (Central).

Cash contribution ceremony was held at the office of the township war veterans association in Thanlyan this morning. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the township war veterans association Col Kyaw Moe Kyi (Retd) said that cash assistance was provided to the war veterans above 75 years of age under the guidance of the MWVO (Central).

Then the chairman of the township war veterans association and concerned officials presented Ks. 55,000 each to the war veterans.—Thet Khaing (Thanlyan)
