Myanmar U-19 women’s football team consisting of 30 tentative footballers has undergone training since 1 July, according to the Myanmar Football Federation.
The squad is currently making necessary preparations for the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship to be hosted by Thailand in October. As part of efforts for the event, the team is scheduled to play a warm-up match against Singapore U-10 women’s football squad at Bahan artificial football pitch at 4 p.m. on 13 July.
Myanmar U-19 women’s football team is pooled in Group-B together with Japan, China and South Korea in the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
