A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed 2019 matriculation examination and teachers who taught the students to pass matriculation examination with high marks was held at Nawaret hall of B.E.H.S in Ngapudaw, Pathein District, Ayeyawady Region this morning.

At the event, U Aung Than, staff officer of the District Education Office delivered an opening speech and U Maung Maung Aye, staff officer of the Township Education Office explained about the situation of schools in the Township.
This was followed by the presentation of awards and certificate of honor to outstanding students, teachers who taught the students to pass matriculation examination with distinctions, and schools with high pass rates in the 2018-2019 Academic Year matriculation examination in Ngapudaw Township.
There are 78 students who passed with distinctions, 65 teachers who taught students to pass with distinctions in matriculation examination, three High Schools and three sub-High Schools with high pass rates in the 2018-2019 Academic Year matriculation examination in Ngapudaw Township, it is learnt.—Hla Min Htut, IPRD
