A ceremony to provide cash aids to those who took part in the survey of pregnant women and children under two-year old to be provided with financial assistance was held at the Office of General Administration Department in Mese Township, Kayah State.

Township Administrator U Hla Myo Tun said that with the help of those involved in the survey, all the pregnant women and children under two-year old in the township were provided with cash aids for three months.

Then, ward and village administrators, responsible people in villages, staff, totaling 30 were provided with prepaid top-up cards for three months for their cell phones. The provisions were funded by (UNOPS).—Wutt Yee (IPRD)
