Kyaikdon, August 17  

A ceremony to provide flood victims with provisions was held at the meeting hall of township administrator in the town of Kyaikdon, Kyaikdon township, Kayin state this morning. 

At the event, township administrator U Min Zaw and responsible persons gave out rice, noddle and other food supplies to a total of 1343 flood victims from 210 households. 

The provisions came from Kyainseikgyi township disaster management committee, it is learnt.—Than Tun Naing (IPRD)
