A capacity building training course for Ward and Village Tract Administrators and clerks, organized by the Township General Administration Department, was held at the meeting hall of the Township GAD in Moene, Linkhe Distric, Shan State (South) this morning.

First of all, the Township Administrator U Soe Htut delivered an opening speech.

The one-week training course is being attended by 32 trainees including village tract and Administrators and clerks in the Township.—Myo Nyunt Shwe(Moene)
