Government’s Guarantees, Pledges and Undertaking Vetting Committee of Amyotha Hluttaw held a coordination meeting with the officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Hluttaw representatives and businessmen of fisheries enterprises from Taninthayi and Ayeyawady regions, at the Amyotha Hluttaw Building No. 1-20 in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Committee U Thein Swe delivered the remarks and called for accomplishments of the Hluttaw affairs in line with the prescribed standards and questions that still remained to be implemented until 11st regular meetings of the first Amyotha Hluttaw.

Then members of the committees discussed their findings and Committee Chairman U Thein Swe coordinated their presentation made by the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.

The meeting was also attended by Secretary of the Committee U Kyaw Ni Naing, members of the committees, representatives, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr. Khin Zaw, officials, business personnel of the fisheries enterprises and officials from the Amyotha Hluttaw Office.— MNA (Translated by Win Ko Ko Aung)
