Heavy downpours swept away two piles of a wood bridge that runs over Ai-ma creek in Mindon Township, Magway region yesterday night, causing an approach road to the bridge to collapse. The bridge measures 80 feet in length and 14 feet in wide. 

The collapsed bridge will be repaired by Rural Development Department as soon as possible, it is learnt.—Chingalay ( Mindon)
