Khin-U 25 September

With the of improving prevention of under-age rape crime and violence against women, Myanmar Karate-do training course, jointly organized by the township Sports and Physical Education Department and the township Women’s Affairs Association, was opened at Thirit Yadana hall in B.E.H.S in the Town of Khin-U, Shwebo District, Sagaing Region this morning.

First of all, Daw Dung Se, chairperson of the township Maternal and Child Welfare Association clarified the purpose of the training course. Afterwards, course instructor Daw Aye Aye Aung practically performed Karate-do.

The ten-day training course is being attended by 150 students from Basic Education Schools in the Township, it is learnt.—Soe Wei Aung, IPRD
