Local authorities searched a man together with witnesses in Kyansittha Ward in the town of Myinmu this morning and confiscated drugs from him.

The Drug Enforcement Division of Myinmu intercepted a motorbike driven by a man, identified as Myint Lwin from Muse 105 mile and seized 4032 stimulant tablets weighing 403.2 grams worth K 20.1 million.

Myint Lwin is being charged with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law, it is learnt.
