UNION  Chief  Justice  U  Htun  Htun Oo opened a new Mandalay District Court building in Manda-lay Region yesterday morning. At the opening ceremony, Mandalay Region Chief Minister Zaw Myint Maung, Region Hluttaw Speaker U Aung Kyaw Oo, Mandalay Re-gion  High  Court  Chief  Judge  U  Soe Thein and mayor Dr Ye Lwin cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the new district court building.

Next, Union Chief Justice U Htun  Htun  Oo  pressed  a  button  to unveil the signboard of the dis-trict court building and inspected the new building with the Region Chief Minister and officials.

Afterwards,  Mandalay  Dis-trict Judge U Kyaw Kyaw Oo and Diamond City Company Limited Chief Engineer U Tin Maung ex-plained  about  the  new  building  and  transferred  documents  re-lated  to  the  new  building  to  the  District Judge. After the opening ceremony,  the  Union  Chief  Jus-tice  accompanied  by  the  Minis-try of Construction, Department of  Buildings  Director  General  inspected  the  construction  of  Mandalay  Region  High  Court  Building.
