Two people were confirmed dead in a car accident on Monywa-Mandalay road in Kyansittha ward, Myinmu town, Sagaing region yesterday night.

The accident took place when a car driven by a man named Pyi Zone Aung ,together with his wife Ma Hla Lun Swe and son onboard, severely hit another vehicle stationed at the roadside. In the incident two people, the driver’s wife and son , died on the spot. Car driver Pyi Zone Aung who got slight injuries was taken to Mandalay hospital for medical treatment.
