Under the supervision of Vehicle Control Committee in Magway Region, traffic will be resumed in the Region starting on 16 May.

According to the instruction guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports, the bus operators in the region have to carry half of the regular passengers and the buses have be allowed to operate from day to night. In addition, a bus ticket will cost one and a half times of regular fare.

In addition, arrangements are being made to place hand wash basins in all bus stations, to put hand gel and to distribute masks for their passengers. There are a total of 133 vehicle associations in Magway Bus Station and all the bus lines will be inspected by the vehicle control committee.
