Kayah State Ministermfor Road Transport, Electricity, Immigration and Human Resource U Khin Maung Phyu oversaw regional developmental tasks being undertaken in Mese Township on 29 May.

The minister and his entourage inspected control and prevention of COVID-19 at a border checkpoint, construction of a staff apartment, and visited the office of the Immigration and Population Department.

They also looked into progress for upgrade of border posts, arrivals of the returnees and provision of healthcare services to them, extension of a tarred road.—Wut Yi (IPRD)
