A stake-driving ceremony for construction of the football stadium was held in the town of Ngape, Magway Region this morning.
At the event, the region Hluttaw Representative U San Kyu, the township Administrator U San Tun, assistant director of the district Department of Sports and Physical Education Daw Hnin Yu Zan, the township police chief Major Kyaw Naing and departmental officials drove the stakes at the designated places of the construction site and sprinkled scented water on it.
The football stadium measuring 100 ft. in length, 26 ft. in width and 17 ft. in height is being built by spending K 192.45 million by Lapyae Thein Company, according to an official from the township Department of Sports and Physical Education.—Ma Yu(Ngape)
