Ngazun, 1 June

Representatives from Ngazun Association (Yangon) donated medical equipment to be used in the control, prevention and cure of COVID-19 pandemic in Ngazun, Mandalay Region.

The donation event took place at the township administrator’s office of the General Administration Department in Ngazun Township yesterday morning. Well-wishers donated Ks. 500,000, and five personal protective equipment suits to the township level COVID-19 control and prevention committee and local philanthropic associations through U Zaw Win, Chairman of the township coronavirus disease control and emergency response committee.

Next, the chairman of the township coronavirus disease control and emergency response committee presented certificates of honour to the donors.—
