Mongyawng, 15 June

The Shan State Food Supply Committee and U Aung Ko Win, patron of Kanbawza Bank jointly distributed food rations for the unemployed people and those who have no regular income amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in Mongyawng Township, Tachilek District, Shan State (east) yesterday, according to the township General Administration Department.

Under this food supply program, 530 families from Villages and wards in Maungyawng Township received foodstuffs such as rice, cooking oil, salt, and beans.

Also present on the occasion were MP of the regional Hluttaw U Aik Kham Hlaing, the township Administrator U Nyi Nyi Win, departmental officials, Volunteers and village Administrators.
