Disinfection work was carried out in schools in Thabeikkyin Township, Mandalay Region yesterday morning. 

With the aim of preventing the spread of COVID-19, officials from Township General Administration Department and Township Fire Services Department jointly conducted disinfection work in schools and government departments. Disinfectants were sprayed at the school buildings and classrooms in the Basic Education Post-Primary School in six mile Sakhantha village yesterday morning. Other schools will be disinfected with the help of other social organization within the deadline, according to an official from the Township Fire Services Department.
