Construction of a multi-purpose hall in Gotewa Village, Ngaphe Township was reportedly completed, according to a source from the Department of Rural Development.
    

The village hall measuring 50 ft. in length, 25 ft. in width and 15 ft. in height was built by the DRD at a cost of Ks. 11.95 million. Of which Ks. 10 million was funded by the DRD while the remaining amount was contributed by local people. The multi-purpose hall is expected to benefit 492 residents from 98 households in the village.
    

The DRD is implementing rural developmental tasks such as construction of water supply, electrification and halls in twelve villages in the township at an estimated cost of Ks. 150.3 million.
