Emergency Food Assistance Center led by Sayadaw Upyinyawutdu from Thiritminglar Monastery in Taungdwingyi Township distributed foodstuff for the unemployed people and those who have no regular income amid the outbreak of COVID-19 at Aungminglar Monastery in Ywalaykon Village in Taungdwingyi Township, Magway Region yesterday.

Under this food supply program, 250 families from Ywalaykon Village in the Township Received foodstuff such as rice, cooking oil, salt, onion, ngapi, packages of noodle and potatoes.

Well-wishers from Taungdwingyi Township also provided tinned fish, milk curd and facial masks to local people in Ywalaykon Village in the township. The donation of foodstuff is the sixth of its kind in the Township.
