The Amyotha Hluttaw Representative U Aye Bo, MP U Myat Thu of No. 2 constituency of regional Hluttaw, and staff from the township Department of Social Welfare disbursed social pension to elderly people above 85 years old in Ward-9 in Hlaingthaya Township, Yangon Region on 22 June on a door to door basis.

Under this cash aid program, senior citizens above 85 years old received K 60000 each amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in the township.
