Wawlemyaing, 24 June

A ceremony to issue identity cards (ID) to local people was held in the town of Wowlemyaing, Kayin State yesterday.

At the event, the region Hluttaw Representative U Thant Zin Aung and staff officer of Myawaddy Township Department of Immigration and Population U S. Lin Yaung delivered speeches. 

Afterwards, the region Hluttaw Representative U Thant Zin Aung handed over 225 ID cards to the town Administrator U Kaung Yee.
