Three people who returned from abroad were allowed to go back home this morning after being placed under 21-day observation at a facility quarantine center in the town of Rikhawdar, Falam District, Chin State.
Dr. Sam Mah, medical superintendent of station hospital in Rikhawdar presented health certificates and gave words of encouragement to them before departure for their homes.
Three people from Minhla and Htantabin villages in Kalay District, Sagaing Region will also be put under seven-day quarantine when they arrive in their native villages in accordance with rules released by Ministry of Health and Sports.
Of seven returnees being put under observation in Rikhawdar, three people were admitted to go back home after 21-day quarantine. Currently, four people coming back from Mizoram State of India are put under 21-day observation at the quarantine center in the town of Rikhawdar.
