Namtu 21 July

A ceremony to provide cash aids to flood victims in Namtu Township, Kyaukme Dsitrict, Shan State (North) was held at Township General Administration Department on 21 July.

Officials from Township General Administration Department and Township Disaster Management Department provided K 118,500 for purchasing building materials and rice to the flood victims. 

The forceful winds hit Saikkhaung village in the township on 19 July destroyed two houses and five family members from the two households faced the risk of the strong winds.
