THE Myanmar Post will issue a new postage stamp (200 kyats), featuring the Myanmar blacksmith work, on 24 July. The ministry aims to raise awareness among young people the Myanmar cultural art and crafts as it is one of the 10 Myanmar’s cultural crafts. 

The stamp can be bought at Yangon Post Office, Mandalay Post Office and the post offices in every state and region starting from 9:30 am on 24 July. As a special programme, the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon Post Office and Mandalay Post Office will stamp the date on the stamps and the First Day Cover on 24 July.
