Officials from the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement provide cash assistance to flood victims in Shwetaung Township, Bago Region this morning.
    

DDM officials led by Assistant Director Daw Tin Tin Cho supplied K 191,100 to 91 flood victims—44 men and 47 women—from 25 households via a ward administrator at the rate of K 2,100 per person.
    

The flood victims became relocated as their homes were submerged by floodwates from the Ayeyawady River.
