The UPDJC representatives of Government, NCA Signatories Ethnic Armed Organizations (NCA-S EAOs) held a meeting with their counterparts from political parties at the National Reconciliation and Peace Centre (NRPC) on Shwe Li Road in Yangon yesterday.

During the meeting, the Government representatives and the NCA-S EAOs explained matters related to the upcoming 4th session of the Union Peace Conference – 21st Century Panglong– which will be convened in accordance with the decision of the 8th JICM meeting, matters related to the Part 3 of the Union Accord, and the current peace process.

They also replied to the questions of UPDJC representatives from political parties.

The government representatives at the meeting were U Hla Maung Shwe, U Pyone Cho and U Zaw Htay; those from the NCA-S EAOs were U Myo Win, Saw Mya Yar Zar Lin, and Naing Aung Ma Ngay.

The representatives of political parties were U Thu Wai, U Myint Soe, Tar Hla Pe, U Thein Tun, U Aung Kyi Nyunt, Dr Aung Myat Oo, U Tha Tun Hla, U Khun Tun Shwe, U Li Paw Ye, Daw Doi Bu, Naing Ta La Nyi, Daw Yin Yin May, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, U Nyi Pa Loat, Sai Nai Nai Htwe, U Sai Htay Aung, Daw Aye Thida Myint, U Sai Aung Myint Khaing, Salai Jimmy Mira Zarbwe and U Tun Aung.
