A motorist has died after hitting a stationary truck in Bilin Township, Mon State, the Ministry of Home Affairs reported.
    

The accident occurred between mileposts 123/1 and 123/2 near Kyauk Yay Twin Village at about 5:30 p.m. on 12 August when a Toyota Wish car crashed into a motionless truck after the driver lost control of the car. The motorist identified as U Khin Maung Shwe was pronounced dead on the spot in the incident.
    

The body of motorist has been sent to Bilin Hospital and taken action over reckless driving by the local police.
