A ceremony to provide food rations to local people who have low income was held at the house of U Bo Phyu in Yaeyo Village, Natmauk Township yesterday evening.

Under this food supply program, 50 households in Yaeyo Village received foodstuff such as rice, cooking oil and salt. The provision of foodstuffs is the 16th of its kind in the township.

As part of efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, well-wishers also provided face masks to local people in the village.
