The township General Administration Department and Department of Social Welfare jointly provided cash aid to persons with disabilities amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in Mawlamyinegyun Township, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.

Under this cash aid program, a total of 1984 persons with disabilities from 13 wards in the township received K 30000 each.

At the event, the township Administrator U Zin Min Htay, deputy Administrator U Thet Naing Htway, staff officer of the township Social Welfare Daw Yadana Maw and staff handed over K 59.52 million to 1984 persons with disabilities.
