Pyay 8 September

Under the National Electrification Project (NEP), a rural electrification facility was launched in Shangone village in Thitchitin village-tract, Pyay Township, Bago Region yesterday.

The occasion was graced by Hluttaw representatives of Pyay Township and officials from Ministry of Electricity and Energy. At the ceremony, one of the local people spoke words of thanks to the officials. 

In 2019-2020 FY, a 100 KVA transformer and 11 KV power line installation were also undertaken in the village.
