No immediate reports of damages or casualties were available following a slight earthquake which was recorded this afternoon, according to a source from the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH).
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter inside Myanmar was recorded at 9:40 a.m. on 13 September at a latitude of 15.92°N, and longitude of 96.61°E, with a depth of 11 kilometers and about 72 miles south-southeast of the Kabaaye seismological observatory, the DMH announced.—DMH
