No immediate reports of damages or casualties were reported following a slight earthquake which was recorded on December 21, the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) announced.
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.2 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter inside Myanmar jolted about one mile south-southeast of Sagaing Township. It was recorded at 19:30 p.m. at a latitude of 21.91°N, and longitude of 95.98°E, with a depth of 3.2 kilometers and about 11 miles southwest of the Mandalay seismological observatory, said the DMH.
