Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo received a delegation from the Landesa organization led by Country Director Dr Mark West at his office yesterday.

During the meeting, both sides openly discussed the duties of the UAG office, projects relating to rule of law and social justice, working for coherence between laws related to land management and their practical implementation, drafting the national land bill and improving the land management system, acquiring cooperation and technical assistance from Landesa in amending land laws, and conducting workshops to ensure inclusivity and public suggestions are directed to drafting the national land bill.—MNA (Translated by Zaw Htet Oo)
