Improvements of a rural road have been carried out by the Department of Rural Development in Moe Phyu Village, Yesagyo Township in Magway Region and the project is cent percent completed.
    

An upgrade work for the gravel road measuring 2,300 ft. in length began in on March 14 with Ks. 13.8 million in which Ks. 10 million was funded by the DRD in the fiscal year 2019-2020 and Ks. 3.8 million was donated by local people. The facility benefits residents in the village, said an official from the DRD.
    

The DRD has been undertaking 16 rural roads and one concrete culvert in some villages in the township at a cost of Ks. 228.77 million of the funds under the Village Development Plan since 13 March and all projects have been over 85 percent finished so far, she added.
