As of March 26, a total of 127456 people have been vaccinated their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine while 67897 people have been administered the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Pwintbyu Township, Magway Region.

Under the supervision of committee on the Township COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment, healthcare workers administered the vaccine to local people in collaboration of staff from the Township General Administration Department, relevant village Administrators and volunteers.

There are 135442 people who are eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine in Pwitbyu Township, Magway Region. Medical worker vaccinated local people with COVID-19 vaccine at the vaccination sites in line with COVID-19 health rules, according to chairman of the Township committee on  COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment U Aung Myat Khaing.—U Hlaing Win Lay
