A total of 167 staff from Sin Phyu Shin Agriculture, Livestock and Vocational training camp (Tonkha) and prisoners from Department of Prisons in Tanintharyi Township, Tanintharyi Region received their booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine yesterday.

Under the guidance of Dr. Aung Thaik Tun of the Township Department of Public Health, assistant health officer U Myat Thila and health workers from Department of Public Health went to the Township Agriculture, Livestock and Vocational training camp and Department of Prisons in the Township and gave COVID-19 vaccine to a total of 167 people including 159 prisoners who received their booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine and  nine staff from the Township Agriculture, Livestock and Vocational training camp who received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in line with COVID-19 health rules.
