17 houses near Ayeyawady Riverbank in three villages in Pantanaw Township were relocated to safety places due to the riverbank erosion on July 13.

The increase of Ayeyawady River water level caused the riverbank erosion. After that, 17 houses were removed to their relatives. Village Administrators and local residents are helping the victims to rebuild their houses.
