24 water supply projects will be implemented in Magway District, Magway Region during 2022-2023 FY. 

The projects including digging tube wells, construction of water tanks, repair of earthen lakes and related works will be conducted with funds of the Department of Rural Development in Magway, Taungdwin, Chauk, Yenangyaung, Natmauk and Myothit Townships in the district.   

All the projects will be implemented with K 790.610 million of funds of Union allocated by the Department of Rural Development during 2022-2023 FY. Upon completion, a total of 21300 people from 4389 households will be available enough drinking water.
