Myawady 14 August

Vehicles and motorbikes from the 24th Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR) 2019 entered Myanmar via Myanmar-Thailand Friendship Bridge-1 this morning.

Over 400 participants from 14 countries including Myanmar with 136 vehicles and 37 motorbikes took part in the rally. The race track is from Myawady to Hpa-an and Nay Pyi Taw and they will re-enter Thailand from Myawady Border Gate on 18 August.

“The participants will march to Hpa-an and they then went to Nay Pyi Taw on 15 August. On the way to Nay Pyi Taw, 37 vehicles and 37 motorbikes continue thier rally from Belin Bridge to Sittaung Bridge. Next, all the motorbikes will be carried by vehicles to Nay Pyi Taw. On 16 August, the competition will continue around Nay Pyi Taw, Lewe, Thawutthti and the endpoint of the rally is near Uppatasanti Pagoda” siad MD U Tin Maung Shwe of Bridght View Travels & Tours Co, Ltd.
