A total of 630 local people who had received two coronavirus vaccine injections received their booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Maungdaw Township, Rakhine State yesterday morning.

 

Medical workers from the Township Department of Public Health monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of local people before giving the vaccine and watched them for 30 minutes after administering the vaccine.

 

As of July 20, a total of 25889 local people who have received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine received their booster dose of COVID-19 Vaccine in the Township. Healthcare workers continue to vaccinate the remaining people in the township in line with Covid-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.—Thet Lwin Soe(IPRD)
