The 2nd jade lots emporium in Sagaing took place at Htet Kyaw Private High School in Sagaing yesterday.

At the ceremony, Sagaing Regional Minister for Chin Ethnic Affairs and departmental personnel, Chairperson and members of Myanmar Gems and Jewelry Entrepreneurs Association, Chairperson and members of Sagaing Region Gems and Jewelry Entrepreneurs Association, Chairperson and members of Taiwan Jewelry Industry Association Mr. Chan Wen Chin, MP of regional Hluttaw, departmental personnel observed the jade lots that are displayed. 

“This is the second of its kind and it continues until 25 December. The jade lots will be put on sale through the open tender. Those who want to purchase jade can get raw materials in a place and the government will have income tax . A total of 1,400 jade lots are displayed and will be on sale through open tender” said Deputy Chairman of Regional Gems and Jewelry Association U Kyaw Htay.
