Multiple rockets landed near the US Embassy in Baghdad on Sunday.
The attacks come two days after a fatal US airstrike in the Iraqi capital and amid rising tensions between the US and Iran.
Iraqi security authorities say three rockets were fired.
Two of them fell in the highly-fortified Green Zone, where the US Embassy is located.
The facility did not sustain any damage.
The other rocket hit a home nearby, slightly wounding three residents.
No one has claimed responsibility for the blasts, but they come after local Shia militant group Kataib Hezbollah threatened to attack US-related facilities.
The group's founder was killed along with a commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on Friday.
