Students over 12 years old in Pakokku Township, Magway Region have received second dose of COVID-19 vaccines, according to Township General Administration Department.

The second dose vaccination program was conducted at eight vaccination sites in the township and a total of 3191 students have been vaccinated against COVID-19 until December 2. In the township, there have been 3260 students over 12 years old who have received first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and other remaining students will be vaccinated, according to the Township Administrator. 

The vaccination program was conducted by medical staff with the help of departmental personnel, teachers, members of Fire Services Department and Red Cross Organization in line with the instructions guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
