34 Myanmar seafarers from a ship docked at a jetty in the Andaman Sea near Kawthoung Township, Taninthayi Region were placed under 21-day hotel quarantine on August 5.
    

They transferred duty with 34 other Myanmar seafarers who waited for them in Kawthoung in advance. The cargo ship arrived at an island near Kawthoung in the Andaman Sea yesterday evening after coming back home from foreign countries.
    

Myanmar seafarers get medical checked by a combined team and their samples were taken by medical staff for coronavirus test and would be sent to Yangon National Lab.—Kyaw Soe (Kawthoung)
