A total of 436772 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 at the designated vaccination sites in Kyaukse Township, Mandalay Region so far, according to committee for the Township COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment.

As of October 12, a total of 436772 people including 211242 people who have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 190293 people who have received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 32462 people who have received their third dose of COVID-19 vaccine and 2775 people who have received their fourth dose of the vaccine were given COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in the Township.

Under the leadership of Committee for the Township COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment, members of the Township Red-Cross Society, staff from the Township General Administration Department and volunteers participated in the vaccination campaign and provided necessary assistance to healthcare workers.—Thet Maung(Kyaukse)
