This year’s matriculation exam will take place from 17 to 22 March, with 481 students, including 202 boys and 279 girls, from Basic Education High Schools, the sub-high school, and the private high school in Paukkaung Township set to sit for the exam, according to the Township Education Office.
Paukkaung Township is home to ten Basic Education High Schools, consisting of eight high schools, one sub-high school, and one private high school. The exam will be held at Paukkaung Basic Education High School, which will serve as the only exam center in the township. The 481 students, including those from both Basic Education and Private High Schools, will sit for the exam in their respective subjects.—Than Tun Aung (IPRD)
